Our Approach

Challenging the status quo of the quick 15-minute consult.

We build a clinical relationship grounded in trust and care, and we listen to each client's individual needs. With longer session times, we optimise every minute for thorough assessment, hands-on treatment, exercise rehab and a tailored recovery plan specific to your goals.

Common Questions

Everything you need to know before your first visit.

Still have a question? We're happy to help — call us or send a message and we'll get straight back to you.

Ask us a question
Do I need a referral to see you? +

No referral is needed. You can book directly with us, and we're a registered ACC provider so accident-related injuries may be covered without a GP visit.

What does ACC cover — and what doesn't it? +

ACC generally covers injuries such as sprains, fractures and workplace injuries. It typically does not cover gradual wear-and-tear or pain without a clear cause. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll help you work out whether your injury is likely to be covered.

What conditions can you treat? +

A wide range — musculoskeletal injuries, Parkinson's and other neurological conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, falls prevention, and women's health / pelvic floor concerns. If you're not sure we can help, just ask.

Why a 60-minute session? +

We challenge the status quo of the quick, 15-minute consult with an exercise handout. Longer sessions let us give you a thorough assessment, hands-on treatment, exercise rehab and a tailored recovery plan — all in one visit.

Do I need any equipment at home? +

No — your physiotherapist brings everything needed for your assessment and treatment. Being in your own home also helps us prescribe the right aids and equipment for your real environment.

Can a family member or carer be involved? +

Absolutely. We welcome family members and carers being part of your sessions — it often helps with carrying over your recovery plan between visits.

Which areas do you cover? +

We visit clients across Auckland (Hibiscus Coast, North Shore and Central City) and Tauranga / Bay of Plenty (including Mt Maunganui and Papamoa). A travel surcharge may apply just outside these areas — see our service areas.
